My son has been seeing Miss Laura for a little over a year and I am amazed at the progress he has made. Laura has provided speech therapy for two of my children. She was originally recommended to me by my therapist. Laura has helped our daughter learn to speak, from a completely non verbal 3.75 year old. It was 4 years ago that we reached out to Laura when we suspected our daughter had Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and we feel she has done an amazing job challenging her while making sessions fun. My son started seeing Ms. Caroline at Laura Biegner and Associates for speech therapy when he was 2.5 years old. He had some speech therapy in Las Vegas before we moved and it had helped but he still had only one or two consonants and myself and my husband were the only ones who could really understand him. In a years' time Caroline was able to help him move forward with his speech to be on the same level as other kids his age. We were so very pleased!
When he went for his 5 year pediatrician appointment his doctor said that he wasn't able to understand him well and that he should go back to speech therapy. After Caroline's success we knew exactly what we needed to do. We called Caroline and she started working with our son again. She worked with us around our schedules to get our son back into speech therapy. This time it only took 5 months to get him up to speed with his speech.
Caroline has truly been such a help for our son and for us. You can bet that if we ever need any more speech therapy we will be going back to Caroline.

I highly recommend the Speech-Language Pathologists at Laura M. Biegner, M.A., CCC & Associates. I am a parent of twins with special needs, one of our twins was severely speech delayed due to hemiparesis from a stroke in utero and a later diagnosis of Bilateral Perisylvian Syndrome. The other twin has profound hearing loss and was also very speech delayed. Both twins were non-verbal at age 3 in spite of having spent many hours a week in speech services from the age of 2. We used sign language as our primary language while the children struggled to gain verbal fluency. In 2011 after trying several other SLP's we chose Laura Biegner, M.A., CCC to help with my child's apraxia of speech and in 2013 we chose her associate Clarisse Simonini-Weber, M.A., CCC to help our Deaf/Hard of Hearing child with articulation after receiving a cochlear implant in 2012. Our experience at Laura M. Biegner, M.A., CCC & Associates with both children has been wonderful - we are so blessed to have the help of such qualified and experienced professionals!
Laura Biegner worked tirelessly with our child with apraxia and stuttering to overcome severe limitations in mouth and tongue awareness and mobility and develop into a confident, intelligible and fluent speaker. She also helped our child overcome the challenges of stuttering and taught our family how to help our child's fluency at home. She is amazing!

Clarisse Simonini-Weber has the ability to establish a great rapport in a fun and motivating environment. Our child's challenging physical and neurological conditions have required special attention and the type of expertise that only diverse training and experience can deliver. Laura Biegner has also provided our family with guidance and advice to help our child at home and school. As a result, our child's progress has far exceeded our expectations!
Clarisse has really helped our deaf child with a cochlear implant improve pronunciation and articulation of speech. She has an ability to connect and engage with our child while tracking and reporting progress and improvement as well as the occasional decline in accuracy that with Deaf and Hard of Hearing children often indicates a need to evaluate equipment and the programming of hardware. On more than one occasion her professional assessment of our child's speech changes has been crucial in assisting our audiology team. Our child's speech is very much improved since working with Clarisse Simonini-Weber. The lateral lisp is almost entirely gone, and his accuracy and intelligibility have greatly improved. Other professionals have commented on how well our child speaks with such a profound hearing loss. We are so fortunate to have such qualified professionals helping our precious kiddos!
We have been taking our 4 year old son to Ms. Laura for about a year now. She has been so thorough and informative the entire time and always willing to listen to any concerns we may have. The improvement that our son has made over the past year is phenomenal! He went from one to two word sentences that were unintelligible to being able to speak in complex sentences that are articulated so much more clearly. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.
